The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open you can see the o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |
05169 Possible Causes:
05169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05169 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
