Staring in engine torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit you can see the pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
05166 Possible Causes:
05166 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 05166 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
