Diameter in engine power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05149 Possible Causes:
05149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05149 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
