When you open tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 and wait then oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
05144 Possible Causes:
05144 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 05144 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure regulator, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
