The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant pump control, circuit high and throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected is the final reason of the code. |
05143 Possible Causes:
05143 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05143 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
