Diagnosing engine bar with data bus powertrain, missing message from steering angle sensor causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 and intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
05131 Possible Causes:
05131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from a/c controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
