05120 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, missing message from steering angle sensor you can see the shift up/down wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05120 Possible Causes:
05120 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05120 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
