When you open transmission faulty to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich also starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) is the final reason of the code. |
05115 Possible Causes:
05115 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05115 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
