The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit low and engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05104 Possible Causes:
05104 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05104 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the clutch electrics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
