The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation or camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05103 Possible Causes:
05103 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 05103 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
