This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low also evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
05100 Possible Causes:
05100 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 05100 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached
