051 Description And Summary : |

When you open torque management feedback signal "a", high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) or change ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit will delay your vw fault. |
051 Possible Causes:
051 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 051 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
