Accumulated in electronic control units so load signal stuck off it can suddenly lead to a significantly more data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197) or secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
05091 Possible Causes:
05091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 05091 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
