This code were stamped on VW Engine case nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit or 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
05085 Possible Causes:
05085 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

What To Check After Fixing 05085 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground
