When you open ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground or change engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05059 Possible Causes:
05059 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05059 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c control module requested, mil illumination
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
