The problem is about engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed signal for back-up lights, open and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
05055 Possible Causes:
05055 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 05055 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
