Diagnosing engine bar with angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance or change fuel pump, short circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05041 Possible Causes:
05041 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05041 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
