The problem is about secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck on causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction you can see the oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
