This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit and wait then fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05037 Possible Causes:
05037 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05037 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for torque support mount, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
