05030 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission control unit (j217), programming error or change valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code.

05030 Possible Causes:

05030 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05030 Code

  • Inspect all the connections brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
