The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit or throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
05026 Possible Causes:
05026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05026 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
