This code were stamped on VW Engine case fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 9 injector, data incompatible or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05024 Possible Causes:
05024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05024 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
