Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction and wait then control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
05023 Possible Causes:
05023 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 05023 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
