When you open intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
05021 Possible Causes:
05021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05021 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 1, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
