Staring in engine cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high and secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
05019 Possible Causes:
05019 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05019 Code
- Inspect all the connections brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
