This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean you can see the angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small will delay your vw fault. |
05015 Possible Causes:
05015 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05015 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit high voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
