05003 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on and wait then vehicle speed signal wheel speed from brake control module; range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05003 Possible Causes:
05003 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 05003 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
