The problem is about reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ and wait then exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high is the final reason of the code. |
04995 Possible Causes:
04995 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Inspect all the connections ignition switch accessory position, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
