When you open a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), range / performance you can see the pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04963 Possible Causes:
04963 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04963 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
