Diameter in engine kick down switch, error message from engine contr. retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on also event data recorder request, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04908 Possible Causes:
04908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04908 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
