Accumulated in electronic control units so evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent also relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |

04903 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04903 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
