Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor power supply voltage, open circuit and wait then ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit will delay your vw fault. |
04885 Possible Causes:
04885 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04885 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
