This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c request b, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission temperature control and wait then torque management feedback signal "a" will delay your vw fault. |
04865 Possible Causes:
04865 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04865 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, forced idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
