This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high or ignition switch run/start position, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
04852 Possible Causes:
04852 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04852 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
