Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), electrical you can see the throttle actuator control system, stuck open will delay your vw fault. |
04850 Possible Causes:
04850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 04850 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run position, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
