The problem is about data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit and wait then valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
04828 Possible Causes:
04828 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04828 Code
- Inspect all the connections boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
