Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open and wait then exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
04824 Possible Causes:
04824 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04824 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
