The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault particulate trap bank 1, efficiency below threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit also exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit will delay your vw fault. |

04824 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04824 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
