The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance and camshaft position signal output, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

04823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 04823 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
