The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction or change ignition coil 'c' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
04806 Possible Causes:
04806 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04806 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
