The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 you can see the load signal, error message from ecu will delay your vw fault. |
04768 Possible Causes:
04768 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04768 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
