The problem is about exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation . On the other hand exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
04757 Possible Causes:
04757 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 04757 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, no message from transmission controller (tcu)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
