This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high and wait then data bus powertrain, missing message from clutch control will delay your vw fault. |

04736 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04736 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal buzzer activation, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
