This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu and wait then drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
04720 Possible Causes:
04720 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04720 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
