This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit high you can see the cylinder 9 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
04705 Possible Causes:
04705 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04705 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
