Staring in engine ignition switch run/start position, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground and wait then reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04703 Possible Causes:
04703 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 04703 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
