This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high and fuel pump "b" control, circuit low is the final reason of the code.
