Staring in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+ or transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
04680 Possible Causes:
04680 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 04680 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
