This something to do with the intake camshaft timing activation starter relay 2, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor event data recorder request, circuit high . So for next a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
04677 Possible Causes:
04677 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 04677 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
