This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control module, coding fault also evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
04672 Possible Causes:
04672 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 04672 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission range display, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
