When you open power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible you can see the fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
04631 Possible Causes:
04631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04631 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger 2 control module (j725), voltage supply outside permissible range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
